Accademia Europea di Firenze è un’associazione culturale no-profit nata nel 1992 con lo scopo di favorire la dimensione europea dell’apprendimento in contesti formali e non formali, per una politica di integrazione sociale nel rispetto delle diversità ed anche per una politica occupazionale rivolta ad un contesto internazionale. E’ accreditata con la VET Charter mobility Erasmus+. In particolare,

l’Accademia Europea di Firenze vuole rispondere alla necessità di sostenere la cittadinanza attiva, l’integrazione sociale e migliorare l’occupabilità dei giovani e degli adulti nel paese d'origine e all'estero promuovendo la ricerca e l’innovazione.

A look back at the highlights from the first part of the year in Florence 📸✨

Hosting educators, staff members, and participants through our Erasmus training programs has been an incredibly enriching journey. 🙏🏻✨

Beyond the logistics and sessions, these mobilities are defined by continuous professional exchange, mutual growth, and meaningful connections across cultures.
Every mobility brought new perspectives, fresh ideas, and a shared passion for learning abroad.

As we pause to celebrate the impact of these past few months, we remain grateful to everyone who trusted us with their training experience in Italy.

Goodbyes are always tough, but they remind us of how special this journey has been. The ALMA project has come to an end, and they are returning home enriched, inspired, and with a heart full of beautiful memories.

They’ve officially touched down in Florence, bravely facing the sizzling summer heat to kick off their exciting internship journey. Now that is what we call dedication! 💪💼

Get ready for some incredible professional growth, unforgettable memories, and—of course—plenty of well-deserved gelato to keep you cool! 🍦✨

Today marked a bittersweet milestone: the final group activity for the ALMA project.

To celebrate, we decided to get hands-on and make some magic in the kitchen!
We had the privilege of making pizza together at the wonderful Ristorante Pizzeria guided by their incredibly talented pizza chefs.
It was a day filled with joy, laughter, and bonding—moments that none of us will ever forget. To top it all off, we enjoyed a truly delicious pizza meal together.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to Davide and the entire staff for welcoming us and providing this unforgettable opportunity. Thank you also to Marta for being there and participating with us.

This project has been an incredible ride, and this was the perfect closing chapter. 🍕✨

An unforgettable day for our ALMA project group! 🐴✨

Today, our guys had the amazing opportunity to visit centro equestre fiorentino , a true local gem that has been dedicated to making horse riding accessible to EVERYONE for years.💪🏻💓

We were welcomed with open arms by the wonderful Loredana, Serena and Alessandro. Thanks to their incredible kindness and hospitality, we got to know these beautiful horses up close and even ride them together!🙏🏻

It was an absolute blast, and we all left feeling completely energized and refreshed. 💙
A huge thank you to the whole team for making this day so special!

A few days ago, we went to see firsthand how our ALMA project students are doing with their internships. Want to take a look? 👀

We made the most of the day by accompanying Ferran, who traveled all the way from Barcelona just for this! We visited the students to hear directly from them about how their experiences are going, and they shared so many wonderful and positive stories with us.

Huge thanks to Nexes Interculturals and Ferran for their incredible support!

Who said summer is only for the beach? 🌊 🏖️ Not for these healthcare students!

Today we are welcoming 4 incredible Erasmus students from Stucom Centre d'Estudis in Barcelona! They are spending the next month with us, diving straight into their healthcare training. 🩺✨

It might be a scorching hot Monday, but their enthusiasm is giving us energy!
We wish you the absolute best for this intensive, exciting summer month of learning and growth. 💪☀️
