We keep searching for definitions. With a gallery, primarily it’s the question of what is art or what is an artist. Is it good, is it not good. We more consider the human feeling and frequency which transcends any definitions or linguistics which has been used and abused over and over whereby many words lose their true meanings.

So now, we have a one of a kind grouping of objects or perhaps better art piece which is a system for playing music in both analog and digital forms which enables a sound very close to the way it was intended. When it comes to the deep seek in giving a listener a great sound, Sebastian Kreussler, music lover and engineer, is like a chef that won’t settle.

We have his first version of the artistically made objects with 3D printed casings, amplifier, hi end cables and custom turntable, for you to bring a record or audio file, no matter style or genre, to enjoy and feel all sides of the frequencial depths. Records and digital connections on hand of different styles for those without.

Tomorrow night from 18:00 we open the doors for a weekend of select artists from the Young Artists‘ Guild of Georgia. Curator and artist Nincho Kurashvili has brought works and some of the 10 artists with, for a group weekend exhibit. Paintings and photographs.

After an enjoyable 10 days of the thoughts of new perspectives in a recycled world with sculpture/objects from Anna-Lena Dauber and modern musical sound piece from Sascha Dragicevic; and as we head into full leaf mix colored bloom, this coming Friday and Saturday we will present a group Exhibtion from the Young Artists‘ Guild of Georgia.

The exhibition will feature a selection of photographic and painting works created by 10 young artists of different ages. The exhibition brings together diverse artistic perspectives and creative approaches, highlighting the individuality and talent of a new generation of Georgian artists.

The works have been curated by Nincho Kurashvili and we thank Lily Fürstenow for bringing us together.

We are looking forward to a room full or works.

„the objects she uses always carry traces of their past. They emerge from the circuits of industrial production and global
consumption, from things that have been discarded and disappeared from
view, while their material presence endures. Plastic, one of the defining materials of the Anthropocene, takes centuries to break down, becoming part of soils, bodies of water, and bodies themselves. What once emerged as one among countless products of late-capitalist consumption becomes,
in Dauber’s work, the starting point for new narratives and material entanglements. Here, the geological stratum of the Anthropocene appears not only as a sediment of human remains, but as the starting point of an imagined evolution—a fertile ground for unexpected forms of life.“

After a warm and genuine opening on Friday, last night lights and color brought the sculpture and rooms to another perspective and depth. Writer and curator Lena Fliessbach lenafliessbach writes over the works:

“Anna Lowenhaupt Tsing describes how new life flourishes on damaged landscapes, pointing, for example, to the matsutake mushroom, which
grows wild in organic soils scarred by forest fire. Dauber’s sculptures similarly appear as organisms of a speculative ecology: they grow from the
remnants of human production through symbiotic, cross-species entanglements. Particularly striking are the countless small eyes that peer out from many of the works. They return our gaze. These are the eyes of
new fellow inhabitants of this planet—beings that respond to their surroundings, extend their feelers, continue to grow, and enter into relationships with one another. The figures on view are a provisional
condensation of an ongoing process.”

The weekend is over and luckily all continues. From Friday September 18th-22nd we present artist Anna-Lena Dauber and THE WAY THINGS GROW.

Anna-Lena Dauber creates micro-worlds with found objects and materials from Berlin. Although each of the pieces have their own histories and typical uses, Anna-Lena connects and responds to these materials as inspiration for her sculptures and objects.

The exhibition consists of pieces which are individual yet connect with eachother to create a micro-world.

Accompanying this structure, sound without form has been composed by Sascha Dragicevic yielding quadrophonic states of continued transformation.

We welcome you this coming Friday evening from 18uhr for the opening and following will be open daily from 11-19uhr.

Again another lovely exhibtion from Fabien Dettori with performance, deep discussions of the art. Our favorites in the still life of the beauty of nature feeding the human. A celebration of women as it’s highest form.

It’s great when people just walking down the streets and take the impulse from the frequency to come in, discover and at times leave with one of the precious fine-art photos. We thank Fabien Dettori and Mario Bermel for a lovely extended art weekend.

A great opening last night with Fabien Dettori and Mario Bermel. Lovely new works, discussions, explanations, wines and other themes. Tonight at 7pm Fabien will make a performance of his technique and explain his works. Come around!!!

It’s been a lovely week with Guido schulz listening to him explain his experiences to the visitors, his history and accomplishments. We welcome you to a finissage from 18-22 tomorrow evening Wednesday before saying a warm goodbye.

The next day, for the artweekberlin, on the Thursday eve, we once again welcome Fabien Dettori with his new special polaroid collection entitled „Remains.“ curated by Mario Bermel. We‘re looking forward to all of it. We welcome you to join the depths, discussions and enjoyment. Or just have a look and see if anything touches you. Sunny in Berlin.
