This September, Clio Art Fair returns to Chelsea, New York, bringing together independent artists exploring identity, resilience, memory, material experimentation, and personal expression.

🎨 JUS10™ | Justin Ellis creates expressive mixed-media works through journaling, rich color, intricate layering, and experimentation, transforming personal emotion and imagination into vibrant compositions.

✨ Clio Art Fair September 2026 | 24th Edition ✨

This September, Clio Art Fair returns to Chelsea, New York, bringing together independent artists whose practices explore identity, the human body, emotional transformation, and the complexities of lived experience.

Featured in this selection:

🎨 Ruth Basagoitia explores identity, belonging, desire, and contradiction through portraiture, the human figure, still life, and urban landscapes. Drawing from her experience within the Salvadoran diaspora, her work examines the space between beauty and decay, intimacy and alienation, and the shifting fragments that shape our sense of self.

🎨 Michael Fusco paints the human body under tension, exploring its strength, vulnerability, and physical structure through suspension and inversion. Grounded in classical painting and years of anatomical study, his work reimagines the figure through contemporary compositions inspired by movement, gravity, and the visual language of sh***ri.

🎨 Bridget Hurley creates vibrant abstract works through layers of color, shape, collage, and mixed media. Moving away from perfection and realism, her practice embraces experimentation, movement, and joy, using the creative process as a way to reconnect with herself and navigate periods of personal transformation.

🎨 Taeree Park transforms complex emotions into energetic, colorful compositions. Beginning during the isolation of the pandemic, her intuitive painting practice became a way to explore feelings of loneliness, confinement, longing, and uncertainty, ultimately turning them into expressions of freedom and calm.

✨ Clio Art Fair September 2026 | 24th Edition ✨

This September, Clio Art Fair returns to Chelsea, New York, bringing together independent artists whose practices explore identity, social change, memory, nature, and lived experience.

Featured in this selection:

🎨 sarika18 combines her experience in medicine and art to advocate for women’s health. Through layered mixed-media works, she examines gender inequality, domestic violence, objectification, and the social structures that continue to shape women’s lives, using art as a space for dialogue and change.

🎨 Lori Montgomery creates mixed-media works inspired by memory, nature, culture, and personal experience. Working intuitively with acrylic, resin, layered textures, metallic elements, and paper, she explores transformation, identity, emotion, and the connections we build through our individual stories.

🎨 James Manfredonia approaches painting as a sculptural process, layering oil, acrylic, ink, sand, pastes, and gels to create richly textured abstract works. Influenced by music and experimentation, his practice embraces spontaneity, material transformation, and the unexpected forms that emerge through the creative process.

🎨 Patricia Daher is a New York-based multidisciplinary artist, poet, and environmental activist whose work explores the interconnected relationship between humanity and nature. Through painting, collage, sculpture, drawing, and performance, she brings together environmental concerns, mythology, science, spirituality, and vibrant visual symbolism.

Performances will take place during the 24th & 25th editions of Clio Art Fair in Chelsea, New York.
