Looking for hands-on experience this fall? 🌱
Get out of the classroom and into the landscape with Planting Fields Foundation’s Fall Service Corps, an eight-week service-learning experience for young adults ages 18–26.
Work alongside a supervised crew on real projects across Planting Fields, gaining practical experience in conservation, horticulture, environmental stewardship, historic garden care, habitat restoration, and public engagement.
You’ll have opportunities to:
🌿 Care for historic gardens and landscapes
🌱 Restore habitats and manage invasive species
🥾 Improve trails and visitor access
🐦 Support nature, education, and family programs
📚 Work with archives and collections
🎓 Build leadership, teamwork, and professional skills
🤝 Learn alongside mentors and a team of fellow young adults
Fall 2026 cohort:
📅 September 14–November 6
🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm
💰 $2,400 expense stipend for the 8-week term
🏡 On-site housing may be available; fees may apply
