Which Ralph Wickiser painting do you choose?

Ralph Wickiser’s analytical abstractions draw inspiration from nature. This series was a 20 year study of the creek behind his home in Woodstock, NY. We had fun playing with different compositions to show how artwork can change a space.

We are delighted to introduce contemporary sculptor and painter, Fermin Castro, to our Galerie d’Orsay community!

Castro’s dynamic sculptures and paintings are inspired by his Cuban roots. The artist interprets his native mythology into his own fantastical world, exploring fantasy & evolution.

Our February exhibition, The Unbound Mind, brings together works by five extraordinary artists to examine Surrealism’s enduring influence. The exhibition celebrates works by Desmond Morris, Grace Pailthorpe, Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí, and sculptor Fermin Castro.

Together, these artists illuminate Surrealism’s evolution over nearly a century, revealing a movement that remains vibrant, exploratory, and deeply connected to the mysteries of the mind.
