It’s a beautiful, warm and sunny Thursday, the perfect day to get outside and come to Fairview Farmers’ Market!

Today is our End-of-Summer Market + Rescheduled Family Days, and we have a big afternoon planned!

🎉 Family Days is happening at the market this Thursday! 🎉

We’ve got plenty planned for the whole family, including beanbag toss, chalk art, a Kids’ Scavenger Hunt, all at the kids’ activity table hosted by Lina Hamid, MLA for Fairview-Clayton Park 🌞

You can also connect with some great community groups including School of Rock Halifax, Nova Scotia Emergency Management Mainland North Joint Emergency Management, Who Rescued Who NS, Halifax Workers' Action Centre and Lina Hamid, MLA for Fairview-Clayton Park.

Bring the family, explore the market, and enjoy an afternoon of end-of-summer fun!

There will be live music inside and out with Darren Kelly, Gary Steffen, Jeffrey W. Volsky, Brian G. Cottam, Humfrey Nicasio & Tyler Arafat.

We’re excited to welcome two new vendors to Fairview Farmers’ Market this Thursday!

🍪 Dartmouth Cookie Company
Homemade cookies made locally and with community in mind. Their Karma Cookie project has already raised more than $3,000 to support mental health initiatives and help people in our community.

🐾 Lily' Lotus dog treats
Your four-legged friends can shop too! Lily’s Lotus makes 100% human-grade vegan dog treats, crafted by a chef with wholesome ingredients and flavours like pumpkin, beet, ube, flaxseed and lotus root.
