Prairies, horses, and a little rearranging.

Maria Munar’s limited edition series features five original works created through the 2026 Artist Ranch Program for the Calgary Stampede. Five artists, one weekend at the historic OH Ranch in Longview, Alberta, and a landscape full of inspiration.

In these pieces, Maria Fernanda Munar takes the familiar form of the horse and plays with it, rearranging the shapes and movement to create something distinctly her own.

Meet Jessamyn Box, your host for Palettes & Pairings, September 24 at Interior Living.

Calgary-based artist, Gibson Fine Art represented artist, and Level 4 sommelier, Jessamyn brings together two worlds we love: exceptional art and exceptional w**e.

Jessamyn creates bold, large-scale abstract works using acrylic, marker, crayon, charcoal, ink, and spray paint. Grounded in colour, her work explores the relationship between objects and form, inviting each viewer to find their own story within the canvas.

But her palate extends well beyond paint. Jessamyn completed the prestigious WSET Level 4 Diploma and has worked as a sommelier at some of Vancouver and Calgary’s top restaurants, bringing an incredible depth of knowledge, curiosity, and personality to the world of w**e.

On September 24, she’ll bring both passions together for Palettes & Pairings, guiding designers through three thoughtfully selected w**es paired with masterful furniture and art.
