If anyone’s interested in learning about what it is we do, we have some up coming practice dates, first one this Wednesday June 24, 6-8pm, @ Norwegian Laft Hus Society, 4402 47 Ave Red Deer! Even if you just want to come talk about some Viking history feel free to stop in!

Just a reminder to purchase your dinner tickets for St. Hans Fest! Dinner this year is Danish Hot Dogs with sides of cucumber salad and potato salad, as well as a choice of apple rhubarb or peach raspberry crumble for dessert!

Don't worry if you can't make if for dinner, you're still welcome to join in the rest of the evening's festivities!

Mark your calendars! We'll be open for the season on Thursday May 14th! To mark the occasion we will be serving complimentary lagkage og kaffe (layer cake and coffee) in the Saga Cafe. Starting on May16th our full menu will be available.
Our hours will be Thursday though Monday, from10:00am to 4:00pm, on Tuesday and Wednesday we will be closed. Keep an eye on our social media and website for more more information on our plans for the season.

The kitchen manager's main duties are to manage stock, make grocery lists, ensure quality with adherence to Food Safety Standards and participating in planning meetings for events.
