Dani McKenzie’s 'More is More (2023),' held in the collection of Andy Dinan, captures the quiet theatre of contemporary urban life. Glowing interiors, passing conversations, moments almost unnoticed. Drawn to works that balance atmosphere with emotional resonance, Dinan’s collecting reflects a deep engagement with emerging contemporary practice and the artists shaping it.

Wishing all mothers, grandmothers, and those who mother in many quiet ways a day of deep appreciation.

Here in the Sculpture Garden, the past speaks softly through form, through touch, through memory cast in terracotta. The weight of care, the warmth of being held, the first and most enduring story.
