I enjoy that the transcript includes the links to the studies to support what they're saying a well.
Takeaways:
1. Low dose CBD doesn't reduce anxiety (not tnoted is that some may experience I higher level of anxiety in low doses showing the biphasic effects of CBD on anxiety)
2. Again, Sativa vs Indica dichotomy just doesn't exist.

But what is Bicycle Day?
On April 19, 1943, Hofmann ingested 0.25 milligrams (250 micrograms) of the substance. Between one and two hours later, Hofmann experienced slow and gradual changes in his perception. He asked his laboratory assistant to es**rt him home. As was customary in Basel, they made the journey by bicycle. On the way, Hofmann's condition rapidly deteriorated as he struggled with feelings of anxiety, alternating in his beliefs that the next-door neighbor was a malevolent witch, that he was going insane, and that the L*D had poisoned him. When the house doctor arrived, however, he could detect no physical abnormalities, save for a pair of widely dilated pupils. Hofmann was reassured, and soon his terror began to give way to a sense of good fortune and enjoyment, as he later wrote:
.. Little by little I could begin to enjoy the unprecedented colors and plays of shapes that persisted behind my closed eyes. Kaleidoscopic, fantastic images surged in on me, alternating, variegated, opening and then closing themselves in circles and spirals, exploding in colored fountains, rearranging and hybridizing themselves in constant flux ...

This album is especially rare because it has a giant Bambu rolling papers still in it. Many people have used the inner GIANT rolling paper to roll their own "Labrador" and it's rare to find one unused.

A new addition to our H**p exhibit. A 1914 $10 Bill made of h**p. Here is a little more info:
Issued in 1914, this $10 bill features the signature of Andrew Mellon, a prominent figure in American finance who served as Secretary of the Treasury under multiple presidents. Mellon's influence extended beyond government, as he also held leadership positions in several oil companies and banks. Notably, he was the uncle of Harry Anslinger, the first commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics (1931-1961).
Anslinger's tenure was marked by a controversial campaign against ma*****na, heavily influenced by the misinformation of the "Re**er Madness" propaganda. He is largely regarded as the driving force behind the drug's prohibition.
Turning to the bill's design, the back features two distinct scenes:
Farming: Engraved by Marcus W. Baldwin, this scene depicts a rural landscape in Manchester Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
Industry: Engraved by H.L. Chorlton, this scene showcases a bustling mill in Joliet, Illinois.
Interestingly, the date of issue for this bill falls on November 16, 1914. It's noteworthy that Pennsylvania remained a significant h**p producer throughout the 20th century. In fact, the tall stalks depicted on the "Farming" scene are unlikely to be wheat or flax, suggesting the crop is indeed h**p.
