Thanks to all our visitors who toured the “Little Women” exhibit. Tomorrow is your last chance to see the recreation of the Marsh family’s life at 5624 N. Newark in Chicago. Opens at Noon and the last guided tour is at 3:30. Free, but donations are gratefully accepted. Parking lot in the rear.

Amazing but true story. The Hippach Family were residents of East Circle in Old Norwood Park at the time of the Titanic. This family also lost two small children in the Iroquis Fire. There is a stained glass window as a memorial to their children. We featured this house on our Historic House Walk in 2024.

Sweets for your sweetie. Honey for your honey. Something new is coming on February 8th from 11 am until 1 pm in the EVENT BARN!

Yes it is the St.. Valentine's Sweet Shoppe. Cookie Walk. All guests may choose cookies which will then be loaded on a collector's Norwood Park Historical Society plate. So fun. Our bakers and designers are hard at work to make this a community event. FEBRUARY 8th at the oldest house in Chicago, the Noble-Seymour-Crippen House, 5624 N. Newark.
