An evening of sculpture, new perspectives, and celebrating the artists who brought it all to life.

Art isn’t just something we look at, it’s something we experience.
A 2019 review commissioned by the World Health Organization examined more than 3,000 studies on the relationship between the arts, health, and well-being.

Researchers found evidence that engaging with the arts can contribute to mental well-being, help reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen social connection, and support overall health across different stages of life.

That engagement can take many forms; from visiting a gallery or making art to listening to music, dancing, attending performances, or simply taking time to appreciate creativity.

At the Center for Contemporary Arts, we believe art can be part of everyday well-being. Explore a gallery, take a creative class, or find a work that speaks to you.

Make space for art. Make space for well-being. 🤍
