Established in 2014, JPS Art Gallery is an independent contemporary art gallery presenting works of emerging and established artists from around the world. The gallery is founded with a passionate spirt that dedicates to the new digital age and the exploration of the world of fine art and pop culture. We aim to create an innovative environment for a new generation of artists and collectors, foster

ing a creative space for all. We focus on fun and playful works of the era that spans across different mediums and disciplines, showcasing a discerning selection of works that embody the aesthetics of today. We are committed to supporting the local culture and art scene, creating a vibrant art community in Hong Kong. The gallery regularly presents works of emerging local artists in our Hong Kong and Japan gallery space as well as international art fairs, giving them a chance to gain international exposure, supporting young artists to launch their careers. JPS Gallery Tokyo is proud to present our charity exhibition, “THE CHARITY  #01 - Saving Animals Through Art”, organized by Petlog. We are going beyond the canvas—we are thrilled to host special Cat and Dog Adoption Days right here at the gallery! 🏡❤️

While 33 incredible artists raise awareness for animal welfare in Japan through 70+ beautiful artworks, you can make a direct impact by giving furry friends a forever home. Come for the inspiring art, and maybe leave with a new family member.

🇭🇰 VASEBYSU’s “Urban Forest 城市森林” │ Supported by URA

We are thrilled to present “Urban Forest”, a captivating new public art installation by Hong Kong artist duo VASEBYSU (Su and JM). This community project is proudly supported by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA).

Sculpted from the duo’s signature stone, dozens of life-size sparrows and pigeons have quietly made the neighbourhood their new home. Each bird delicately carries a vibrant preserved flower in its beak. For the artists, these bright blossoms serve as a poetic tribute to our city’s relentless heartbeat, symbolising the daily hard work we all put into building the comfortable sanctuaries we call home.

The installation is a beautiful, quiet reminder that no matter how rapidly our skyline shifts or our architecture expands, life always finds a space to take root, adapt, and thrive.

Next time you are in the neighbourhood, take a moment to look up!

全新藝術裝置「城市森林」 🌿由市區重建局夥拍 JPS Gallery 和本地藝術家組合VASEBYSU（由香港藝術家 Su 及 JM 組成），透過保育活化及社區藝術等多元手法，改善已建設環境。

VASEBYSU 使用其標誌性的石質混合物結合永生保存的植物元素，創作數十隻按實物大小比例的麻雀與白鴿，悄悄地在中環社區，替牠們築起温嗳的新居所。每隻小鳥的口中都叼著一朵色彩鮮艷的花朵。對藝術家而言，這些鮮豔的花朵就像呼應這座城市生生不息的脈搏，寓意我們每日努力工作的成果，都是為了建立屬於自己的安樂窩 。即使時代改變、建築物不斷增加，生命總能找到合適的位置扎根、適應並繼續茁壯成長 。

下次經過這區時，不妨在百忙中停下腳步，深呼吸，抬頭看看這些可愛的小鄰居！

From August 29 to September 6, 2026, JPS Gallery Tokyo will present “THE CHARITY #01 - Saving Animals Through Art”, a charity exhibition organised by Petlog, Inc., the company behind Petlog, a review platform for pet products.

Each year in Japan, an estimated 6,830 dogs and cats are euthanised, approximately 220,000 stray cats die in traffic accidents, and cases of animal abuse continue to persist. THE CHARITY #01 responds to these realities through art, gathering 33 local and international artists—including August Vilella, Johnny Depp, Marino Funahashi, Muu Nanahoshi, Peep, Reina, and Shoko Mihira—and approximately 70 artworks, including paintings and prints.

JPS Gallery Tokyoは、ペット用品の口コミプラットフォーム「ペトログ」を運営する株式会社ペトログ主催による動物福祉のためのチャリティー展覧会「THE CHARITY - #01  アートで動物を救う」を開催いたします。日本では毎年、およそ6,830頭の犬猫が殺処分され、約22万匹の野良猫が交通事故によって命を落としています。また、動物虐待の問題も依然として後を絶ちません。

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has visited “Sky, Earth & the Universe | The Journey of Light” so far. Beyond the physical harmony of nature and technology, this exhibition asks a much deeper cosmic question: where do we come from, and where are we going? Though a single human life may seem brief against the vast age of the universe, the light we create never truly disappears.
