Kelly Lewis Artistry Portrait and landscape Artist Kelly is a self-representing Canadian artist. Kelly strives for the best quality in both materials and finish.

Originally born in Boscombe, England, she returned to Manitoba with her mother when she was 6 years old. Kelly’s artistic talents were evident throughout her childhood, she was encouraged by her father who was also an artist in his younger years, but she did not pursue any formal training. Kelly is a self-taught artist who, only after starting a family, began to create her art in earnest. Kelly’s

paintings are inspired by the prairie landscape she grew up in, the wildlife she encounters in the many provincial parks and lakes that make up her home province, human emotions and her own spiritual experiences. Inspiration also comes from the desire and enthusiasm she feels when confronted by a blank canvas to portray a place or a feeling. All her paintings are created with great care and are coated with varnish to protect the colors for an extended time, and to ensure durability. Kelly also specializes in portraits of people and pets.
