We're thrilled to continue our fascinating interview series with the incredible volunteers at the Museum, and our third interview is with the remarkable Margaret (Maggie) Anderson!

This follows our previous interviews with the talented Mel Blachford and Ken Simpson-Bull, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all the interviewees and our amazing interviewer Marj Hamilton for creating a wonderful series that provides a unique insight into just a few of the dedicated and long-standing volunteers who have contributed to the Australian Jazz Museum's (AJM) success over the years.

First Nations Contemporary Jazz Commission
Some exciting news at Monash Performing Art Centre which has just launched a new jazz commission specifically for First Nations Artists. It is to write a piece and perform it at our Big Jazz Day Out festival next year.

Bill Armstrong's Memorial service

Bill's family invites you to a participate in a service to be held for Bill to celebrate his life on Saturday, 29 August, from 1.30pm–5.00pm at MEMO Music Hall, St Kilda located at the rear of the St Kilda RSL Club, 88 Acland Street, St Kilda.

Please come along and join us as we remember and celebrate Bill’s life!
