We love this new painting by Karen Bird Ngale, Awelye, 210cm x 71cm. Her playful use of soft, earthy tones and vibrant accents creates a distinctive palette that sets this work apart from her more familiar colourways. Now available online and in the gallery.

It's not often we have four artists from the one family in the gallery at the same time.

Corrina Nampijinpa Ryan, Shanna Napanangka Williams and Valda Napangardi Granites came down from Yuendumu and spent the week painting with us. Here they are pictured with their relative Chantelle Nampijinpa Robertson, who just happened to be calling past.

Corrina paints Sandhills, Shanna paints Seven Sisters Dreaming, Valda paints Mina Mina Jukurrpa and Chantelle paints Water Dreaming.

We look forward to having them back soon!

L-R: Corrina, Shanna, Chantelle and Valda.
