Mar 2025 - Mar 2027 With a lofty ceiling over four metres high, quality hanging systems, advanced climate control and specialized lighting, it is available for visual arts exhibitions for groups, individuals or com

munity projects. A versatile 66 linear metres of hanging space can be created using large custom-built movable partitions that can subdivide the gallery space into separate areas if required. Individual artists or groups of artists may hire the gallery as a single whole space, or several exhibitions may run concurrently. The exhibition program changes regularly throughout the year – there is always something new and interesting on display. Since opening in November 2001, more than 150 exhibitions have been featured, providing regular visitors with an amazing range of artwork in all media. The gallery is operated by the Red House Group, an artist managed non-profit organisation that acts as a focus for art and cultural activities for all individuals and groups in the City of Marion council area and its surrounding region. The Red House Group was incorporated in 1994. Adjacent to the gallery is high quality art and craft shop, selling a wide range of unique handcrafted items made by local artists. These include glass, ceramics, hand-painted silks, Australian timber products, jewellery, artwork, prints, cards, books, and much more.
