Aaron Jones - bio
Aaron Jones is an artist and registered architect based in Tulsa, OK where he co-runs Pfeifer Jones Architecture (PfJ/A). PfJ/A is a studio working across a variety of project types including buildings, interiors, installations, objects, and beyond.
Aaron’s most recent work is concerned primarily with the research and development of media structures and often results in deeply themed pop-up theaters, performance art installations, and entertainment portals. This work has been recognized and supported by Art Omi, MacDowell, The Venice Architecture Biennale, ArtPapers, The National Endowment for the Arts, and The New Museum’s NEW INC program among many others.
Aaron received his Master of Architecture from the Cranbrook Academy of Art where he later taught as a visiting Architect in Residence.
Hannah Dewhirst - bio
Hannah Dewhirst is an architect, designer, educator, and curator based in Lexington, Kentucky. She is an Assistant Professor in the School of Interiors and currently serves as the Gallery Director for the College of Design Gallery at the University of Kentucky.
Dewhirst maintains an internationally active exhibition and research practice centered on immersive, atmospheric environments. Through her collaborative design practice, SUBSTUDIO, she produces full-scale installations that treat light, color, air, textiles, and sensory conditions as primary architectural materials. Her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries, international design fairs, festivals, and large-scale brand activations across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
