TASM honors and celebrates Tulsa's rich aviation heritage as well as its future in the aerospace industry. TASM has 19,000 feet of exhibit space, hands-on educational displays, a full dome planetarium and the MD-80 Discovery Center. From Tulsa roots to the stars—and the Thunderbirds! ✈️🚀

Skylab 4 astronaut William R. “Bill” Pogue was the child of local educators, and his father worked at Tulsa’s Douglas aircraft plant during World War II. Bill later flew with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds from 1955 to 1957.

Our incoming F-16 Thunderbird will honor Bill Pogue and inspire the next generation to reach for the sky. ❤️🤍💙
