Hint: This statue was donated by Karen Van Orsdol in loving memory of Jacob Cody "Jake" Beasley from Karen "Mom" and Fred Van Orsdol in March 2014.

: A look back at 76th and Main in the 1980s, when Soc’s Drug occupied the building and First Bank of Owasso could be seen in the background. Today, Medicap Pharmacy calls this same location home, with Owasso City Hall now standing in the background.

: The current Owasso High School (east) was constructed in 1975 on land purchased from Mary Glass. The first pod, with the entrance on the west, has continued to expand ever since. The gymnasium was added in 1980.

We’ve got an extra special Timmy & Cindy Tuesday today! Welcome our newest Timmy to Owasso’s Park Maintenance Office!

The Timmy & Cindy Project is a public art initiative that utilizes bronze castings of an active young boy and girl. Started in 2004, there are now 46 statues placed all over Owasso. This statue features an active young boy, who is playing on monkey bars. It captures the joy of childhood, symbolizing movement, energy, and youthful spirit.

We are excited to welcome the newest Timmy, who was generously donated by Vines Properties Inc. in honor of David Vines.
