🐓 WANNA PAINT A GIANT CHICKEN?! 🎨
On Saturday, September 12, you’re invited to help bring a new mural to life at Root Awakening Farm!
Root Awakening is a recovery farm where people are doing the work of creating new lives for themselves. As allies to the recovery community, Wave & See saw an opportunity to support what’s happening at the farm through what we do best: art, creativity + bringing people together.
The mural will live on their new Farm Strong Jungle Gym 🐊 and is inspired by Florida’s lush, tropical landscape... including one very large swamp-chicken. 🐓🌿
We wanted the process of making it to belong to the community too. That means YOU get to help paint it.
No painting experience needed. The mural will be prepped and ready to go, with all supplies provided and artists there to guide you.
Just show up, grab a brush, and find your spot on the wall.
