I was saddened to learn today of Peter Max’s passing on Monday, following the announcement from his family.

Over the years, I had the privilege of spending time with Peter and working alongside him and his team. Getting to know and collaborate with such an iconic American artist was one of the true highlights of my career, including the shows we presented with him at Michael Murphy Gallery.

Peter was a remarkable artist and an unforgettable personality whose vibrant use of color and imagery became an enduring part of American culture.

I feel very fortunate to have known him and to have been a small part of his extraordinary career.

Rest in peace, Peter.

New arrivals are here: fresh works by Elena Bond and David Spurgin.
Elena’s luminous oil on canvas pieces are built entirely with a palette knife, while David’s bold abstract acrylics on canvas are created with tools for layered texture and movement—works making their first public appearance.
Imagine one of these originals living in your space.
All artworks are available now on our website — DM for inquiries.
