American Art Fair - May 16- 19, 2026 For this year’s edition of The American Art Fair, our booth, Abstract America, traces the emergence of abstraction in the United States from early Non-Objective painting through the rise of Abstract Expressionism. Bringing together works by William Baziotes, Alexander Calder, Enrico Donati, Jimmy Ernst, Dwinell Grant, Juanita Guccione, Gerome Kamrowski, Lawrence Kupferman, Alice Trumbull Mason, Irene Rice Pereira, Jackson Po***ck, Rolph Scarlett, Charles Green Shaw, and Dorothea Tanning, the presentation highlights the experimental and innovative character of American modernism in the 1930s and 1940s. At its center is a rare collaborative painting by Baziotes, Kamrowski, and Po***ck, widely regarded as one of Po***ck’s earliest drip paintings and a pivotal moment in the development of gestural abstraction in America.
