書家・鈴木猛利さんは言います。「書くことは、美しい文字を書くためだけのものではない。自分自身と向き合い、これからなりたい姿を描く行為である」。
今回ご紹介する2点です。
〈晴耕雨読 晴茶雨茶 / Sun or Rain〉——四字熟語の「晴耕雨読」に、鈴木さんが継いだ一句「晴茶雨茶」。晴れの日も雨の日も、お茶を交わして語らおう、という呼びかけです。
〈自座 / Take a Seat〉——立ち止まることが難しい時代に、自分にとって心地よい場所を見つけ、自ら座ってみる。「自ら座れば、そこが自分の居場所になる」という思いが込められています。
「書く文化 ― 矢立、そして現代へ」は7月15日（水）まで。入館無料・予約不要。
