J-Collabo is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2008, and has since been promoting & fostering Japanese arts & culture to the local Brooklyn community. In 2022, J-Collabo will inaugurate a robust lineup of projects beginning with the Artist Residency Program both in person at the HQ premises and online.

We are pleased to announce the Grand Prize and Excellence Award at the Brooklyn J-Calligraphy Association Exhibition, which has been running since April 11.

The Grand Prize has been awarded to calligrapher Hiro (Hiromi Kawachi), and the Excellence Award has been presented to calligrapher Hekiun Oda.

Congratulations to both of them on this well-deserved recognition.
