Nothing stirs up emotions among Warhol fans like the Brillo Boxes, and the aftermath of the scandal from 2007 is still like an ongoing forrest fire that just never wants to be tamed. All the facts are still not known and new sensations and revelations seems to surface everyday now and then. The fascination never stops. One might guess that Any Warhol would laugh out load looking down from heaven at the commotion his provocative art project from 1964 is still causing. There is a code of silence around this subject. The Warhol Foundation don’t want to talk about it, major auction houses, art dealers, art journalists, actually almost no one wants or dares to talk about it. Why is that? Well, a lot of NEW facts have surfaced and we’re going to talk about, openly and freely, right here. Which boxes are original and genuine and which ones are fake or replicas. What are they actually worth? What’s true and what are lies and speculation. We’ve been researching this for years and it’s definitely time to speak up and show the truth and our findings to the world, so hold on, this will be a bumpy ride because there’s a lot of people and forces who just want to put a lid on this.
