We cannot wait to see y’all tomorrow! It feels like when we were kiddos and your friends were comin’ over to have a play date! We will be here and when you come in the door this vignette is what will greet you: books, art and yes, even a typewriter! Funny story about that typewriter; someone just left it at the front door😍 for moi? It is not really in the best condition, but for someone who loves manual typewriters, I was flattered someone anomalously left me a gift. To whom it may concern, thank you for the typewriter! Anyway, friends, come see us, tomorrow 12-5. We’ll be there ready to talk art, books, crafts, projects, and absolutely we’ll be happy to talk about typewriters!

Well, friends, the results are in and SAMC has been honored, for the 2nd year in a row, to be chosen as a Best of Alabama, in our category. Last year we were chosen as a regional winner but this year we have been chosen as the best in the state, alongside three other wonderful businesses. On behalf of all of the artists and makers whom we represent, thank you so very much for voting and shopping with us. We wouldn’t be able to be here without you and this award belongs to all of us!
