Membership has its perks!

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the Watkins family for a special Magnified Member Experience! 🔎

The Watkins have been valued Museum members since 2021, and their visit was packed with hands-on fun! They got up close with three of our Animal Ambassadors, unleashed their inner scientists, and even helped with some of our science demonstrations!

We’re so grateful for our members like the Watkins family. We love giving our members opportunities to experience the Museum in a whole new way! 🧡💙

As our museum heads into our 100 year, it is great to hear from our community how we have evolved with them! Thank you Dr. Jennifer Ballard for speaking to your experience with the Museum of Discovery (known as the Arkansas Museum of Natural History from 1964-1998) and how your family still enjoys it today.

Dr. Jenn Ballard took several trips to the Arkansas Museum of Science and Natural History.

"That was kind of the predecessor of the Museum of Discovery," she explains. "It evolved over time, but I remember going there as a child. It was one of my family's favorite places to go."
