Meet The 2026 ESMoA Video Art + Film Festival: FREEDOM Jury!

Ralph Ziman () is a South African-born artist and filmmaker whose work explores global political issues such as human rights, Apartheid, and the international arms trade. Working across film, sculpture, installation, and public interventions, he creates visually striking
Brent Huff () is an American actor, writer, and director with a career spanning more than 50 films and numerous television series, including The Rookie, Mad Men, and Shameless. In addition to acting, he has written and directed a range of films and documentaries, emphasizing storytelling and strong performances.
Andrew Hartwell is Head of Communications at the Wende Museum, where he oversees marketing, public relations, and digital strategy for exhibitions and public programs. A lifelong film enthusiast, he is particularly interested in how cinema reflects and challenges systems of power, bringing both communications expertise and critical analysis to his work.
Elle Kurata is a producer whose work spans documentary filmmaking, independent film, commercial projects, and social impact campaigns, with a focus on elevating underrepresented voices. She produced Hulu’s Heritage Heroes and operates Shouganai Productions, where she works as a producer, line producer, UPM, and creative consultant.
Patrick Stack () is an actor, comedian, writer, producer, and storyteller whose career has included film, television, theater, and live performance. Best known for co-performing with Nathan Lane and creating The Hollywood Stories series, he has also produced films, written for television, and developed workshops for creative professionals.
