We wouldn't think this would need saying. Please do not show up in your Frankenstein costume and pretend to be the Frankenstein who once was part of the museum. You are not doing the business a favor, quite the opposite, you are creating a potential liability issue. Thank you.

👹 Random Observation 👹

I love that the ‘House of Frankenstein Wax Museum’ on Canada Street in Lake George is still open.

I remember going there as a teenager and while I wasn’t scared, we were poking each other and screaming , ‘BOO’ 👻 and it was a lot of fun.

When I was in my late 20s and doing TV News, I remember going up to Lake George to do a story in the summertime and doing what’s called a ‘stand-up’ with the guy dressed as Frankenstein.

I walked up to him, standing out front and said, “There’s something for everyone in Lake George isn’t that right Frank?”

And he made a loud monster, growling sound similar to the Frankenstein monster in the Mel Brooks movie ‘Young Frankenstein’

I walked by it with Courtney a couple years ago when wewent up there to do touristy things and I just smiled.

I just checked and it’s still there with reasonable prices, giving families and kids something fun to do.

It’s been open since 1974, believe it or not .

56 years.

I hope it stays open another 56 🧛 🎃
