Cultural Center is a 501(c) 3 non-profit fosters cross-cultural communication and understanding through the arts and education in Houston and across Texas. The RCC does not represent the interests of any particular national government or their affiliated agencies. As such, the RCC does not condone acts of violence or aggression of any kind.
