**CORRECTION: The event title should read Mindful Moments and it is hosted ONLINE ONLY.

Mornings are a special time. When our brains have not yet started to make the connections that will eventually lead us to identify with our roles in the world, we are simply mindful beings.

Join us early on Friday mornings for a quick moment of mindfulness with Michele Pola, and explore how we can carry the ease of the morning into the busier parts of the day.

MEANING, not happiness, is the key to a good life. That’s the message at the core of Emily Esfahani Smith’s book, "The Power of Meaning: Crafting a Life That Matters," which she shared at The Jung Center's 2019 Fall Benefit.

Opening next week! ✨

In partnership with PrintHouston, we’re excited to present *Temporal Musings*, a new exhibition featuring the work of Lucinda Cobley, Shanti Conlan, and Cathie Kayser.

Across printmaking, painting, drawing, and mixed media, each artist explores nature as both subject and mirror, moving between geological, botanical, and celestial worlds while also reflecting on place, memory, and personal perspective.

From abstract to representational, their work shifts between the macro and the micro, inviting us to notice the quiet connections between nature and human experience.

This space holds many things at once...
A place for learning, creating, reflecting, and healing, without needing to fit neatly into one definition.

It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, notice more, and simply be present with what is unfolding.
