Fall Fest is coming up, and we need YOU!

The Fort Mill History Museum is looking for volunteers to help with b**r sales during the Town of Fort Mill’s Fall Fest on Saturday, October 17.

Volunteers will help check IDs, issue wristbands and sell tickets. No b**r pouring is required, but all volunteers must be 21 or older.

Best of all, b**r sales during Fall Fest serve as a fundraiser for the Fort Mill History Museum, so volunteering a few hours is a fun and easy way to support local history while being part of one of Fort Mill’s favorite community events!

📅 Saturday, October 17
⏰ Volunteer shifts available from 12–6:45 p.m.
📍 Downtown Fort Mill

We have several spots to fill and would love your help! Sign up for one shift, or grab more than one if you're able.

✨Collections Spotlight✨

Today, September 30, is National Women’s Health & Fitness Day, a reminder of the importance of staying active and making physical and mental well-being a priority.

For today’s Collections Spotlight, we’re looking back at the 1996 Fort Mill High School JV Girls Basketball team. 🏀

From practices and game days to teamwork and competition, school athletics have long given young women in Fort Mill opportunities to stay active, build confidence and form lasting connections with their teammates.

Today, we celebrate the generations of women and girls who have taken to the courts, fields and tracks in our community.
