Through two decades of prints, notebooks, texts, letters, sculptures, paintings, and childhood-inspired objects, internationally recognized artist Karla de Lara weaves past and present to explore identity, memory, and the spaces we inhabit — inviting every viewer to find parallels with their own story. 💛

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Karla de Lara is a painter, sculptor, muralist, and poet whose work has been exhibited in nearly 40 countries. She is at the forefront of the Hyperrealist Pop Art movement and creator of the patented de Lara Technique. 🌎

This landmark exhibition celebrates the 50-year artistic journey of Denver Chicano Renaissance artists and activists Maruca and Daniel Salazar — an extravaganza of animation, film, video, photography, installation, sculpture, and painting that spans half a century of art, activism, and love in Denver. 💛
