Who we are:

Hangar 41 is an architecture & design firm with a fantastic art gallery space, located in the heart of Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District. The concept of Hangar 41 is based on opportunity and ingenuity, with an emphasis on creativity, sustainability, and thinking outside the box for both the architects who design our spaces and the artists we collaborate with and showcase. We work natio

nally with both established artists and those who are new on the scene, and from experimental artists to those with classic techniques. Who you are:

Sculptors, painters, designers, sketchers, doodlers, stitchers—creatives in general. Some of our artists are internationally collected and exhibiting professionals, and some are experiencing their first large show here at Hangar 41. We look for artists who are not only innovative but inspired, and pride ourselves on showcasing quality work in the center of Denver’s most popular art district. Whoops, we mis-counted... we actually sold 94 (!!!!), not 60, pieces of original art during this month's charity exhibition with The Gathering Place. SO FANTASTIC... thanks again to everyone for your support!

A huge, heartfelt, smothering-hug thank you to everyone who came out to support our most recent show with The Gathering Place. It was a HUGE success (we sold over 60 pieces), and we couldn't have done it without your support and the help from all of the fantastic TGP volunteers!

It was SUCH A pleasure to coordinate this amazing show at Hangar 41 Gallery with Sarah Barth Images (god, she is just a rock star), featuring artists from The Gathering Place. The Gathering Place is an amazing organization-- they are a day-time drop-in center for women and their children who are experiencing homelessness in Denver, and ALL of the featured artists were women who attend programming there. We sold over 60 pieces of original work totaling well over $3000 (much of which goes directly back to the artists-- this is such a great cause). Thanks so much to Sarah, the good architects at Hangar 41, and all of the TGP volunteers for busting their butts and making this such a successful show!

We are getting SO excited about our upcoming First Friday event featuring artists from The Gathering Place! The Gathering Place is a drop-in center in Denver for women, children, and transgender individuals who are experiencing poverty and homelessness. This is going to be an absolutely AWESOME event with lots of fantastic original works available for purchase (and incredibly reasonably priced at $35)... mark your calendars for Friday, May 3rd, and drop in to support a fantastic cause and local artists!
