Garden-fresh flavors are on the menu. 🌿🍽️
Join us next Thursday, June 18 at 6:30 pm, for the first Gourmets at the Garden of the season, featuring a delicious tasting from Spice Catering Co. Beetroot + Tea Cured Radish atop Fried Sushi Rice Cakes with Citrus and Sesame.

This chef-led series celebrates the best flavors of the season while connecting guests to the plants, ingredients, and stories behind the food. Registration closes Monday, June 15, so reserve your spot soon.

Not all heroes wear capes—some live in the soil. 🍄🌱

A new study from Holden Forests & Gardens tracked the long-term results of a forest restoration experiment at Acacia Reservation. Researchers found that while some beneficial fungi successfully returned to the soil, soil conditions played an even bigger role in helping young trees thrive.

The findings remind us that restoring a forest isn't just about planting trees—it's about rebuilding an entire ecosystem, from the roots down.

Looking for a reason to stop and smell the roses? Here's what's blooming this week at the Cleveland Botanical Garden 🌿:

🦋 Butterfly Releases: Tuesday–Sunday | 11am & 2pm

🐍 Creature Features: Tuesday–Sunday | 1–2pm

🎨 Birdsong Artist Talk: Thursday, June 11 | 6:30pm - Meet the artists behind Birdsong, our immersive indoor art installation. Included with admission.

🌸 Garden Highlights Tour: Thursday, June 11 | 6:30–7:30pm - Take a guided stroll through the Garden's seasonal blooms, history, and plant collections. Registration encouraged.

✨ Plus, Thursday evening hours are back! Explore the gardens, glasshouses, and cafe specials until 8pm. Members enjoy free admission, and after 5pm, admission is $10.50 for adults and $7.50 for children.

Join us for a delicious series featuring some of Northeast Ohio’s favorite chefs as they share bite-sized samples, cooking inspiration, and tips for creating seasonal dishes at home using local ingredients. Plus, enjoy access to both our indoor and outdoor gardens before and after the program.
