Day 6. The doors aren’t open yet, but TE-QU is already showing up for La Villita.

We took the collection outside, felt the love from the neighborhood, dropped something new, and even got caught in the rain.

We’ll be back outside this Saturday, so come by, check out the collection, and say what’s up.

Through every setback, we keep moving.

A piece of Little Village, made to help build something for Little Village.

Quetzal-Arco brings together Mexica cosmology and the Arch that has welcomed generations into our neighborhood.

The Feathered Serpent meets the gateway to La Villita. Together, the Arch becomes more than a landmark. It becomes a portal where ancestral memory crosses into Little Village and continues its journey.

And because home is in the details, we added 60623 to the sleeve, along with one surprise print color.

Every preorder helps TE-QU move closer to creating a third space in Little Village where art, culture, creativity, and genuine connection have room to grow.

Quetzal-Arco was created for this special moment and will only be produced as part of this limited release.

Our Community Opening scheduled for tomorrow, July 30, has unfortunately been postponed.

An unexpected issue involving a City process was only brought to our attention by the City yesterday, leaving us in a position that was completely outside of our control. We’re heartbroken, but we’re not giving up. We’re working closely with everyone involved to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience, support, and belief in what we’re building at TE-QU. We’ll share an update as soon as we can. 💔

Day three of bringing this storefront back to life.

We got back to work painting the inside, with a big assist from our intern Itzel. Outside, a Streets and Sanitation worker from the neighborhood helped remove a tag from the building.

Between the growing Sticker Cactus, the start of our mural, and all the final touches, we’re getting closer.

Join us for our Community Opening this Thursday, July 30, at 3126 W. 26th St. Come see the space and be part of its beginning.

Day 2 recap: scrubbed the place top to bottom with the Nice and Clean crew, added a trash can to the space (little things, big feeling), and gave that corner pole new life as the Sticker Cactus.Come leave your stickers. Soft launch loading!
