Invitation to a Night of Surreal Seduction

It grabs hold of you the moment you see it—a living, breathing thing that knows your deepest desires. The colors, the layers, whisper to you, pulling you in. It’s not just art—it’s an obsession, lodged in your mind, impossible to forget. You can’t live without it now.

I’m trembling with the pulse of anticipation, visions of the work already hanging, every piece alive on the walls, waiting to swallow you whole. You’ll find yourself lost in the labyrinth of my mind, wandering through surreal dreamscapes, eyes wide as the hum of voices dances around you, dissecting each stroke, each fragment.

This is my soul unhinged, stripped bare, begging for you to devour it. I’ve poured every last drop of myself into this—my heart pounding faster with each new layer. I want you to come, to witness this madness firsthand, to let it stir something wild and unspoken inside you. Let the art seduce you—leave you inspired, ecstatic, maybe even dangerously aroused.

How Many Sales Does an Artist Need to Survive?

Ah, the wild, hungry streets of the artist's mind—how do we feed the soul and still keep the landlord at bay? How do we make it, not just survive, but rise above the grind of the day-to-day? Let’s break it down: **$100,000**—that’s the mountain. You’ve got rent, you've got paint, and you’ve got the fire in your belly, but how many brushstrokes does it take to light up the sky with cold hard cash?

1000 People Spending $100
Imagine it—**1000 faces**, each throwing **$100** your way. A print, a sketch, a moment captured for eternity. You make your **$100,000** from the collective hum of their desire. But to get there, you’d need to pull in **$274 a day**. Can you feel it? **$274 every day**, each dollar a heartbeat, a small spark. It adds up, and before you know it, you're building a world.

100 People Spending $1000
Or maybe it’s smaller circles. Fewer faces, deeper pockets. You’ve got **100 believers**, each one forking over **$1000**. A painting that speaks, a sculpture that touches them in the night. That’s another way to get to **$100,000**. You’d need to bring in **$1923 a week**—that’s **one piece, maybe two**, every seven days. The pressure builds, but oh, the reward.

10 People Spending $10,000
But the dream? The dream is in the elite. **10 collectors**, each one giving you **$10,000**. The big fish. The ones who see your soul laid bare on the canvas and want it, need it. With that, you need **$8333 a month**—just one sale, one masterpiece, each moon cycle.

Total Sales: $100,000 a Year
All roads lead to **$100,000**. Whether it’s the masses spending a little or the few spending a lot, it’s all art, it’s all survival. But what’s the hustle? You’d need **$822 a day**, or **$5769 a week**, to keep your head above water. Can you feel the rhythm, the grind? It’s a march, a journey, a climb, but the summit’s there, glistening.

Conclusion: Art as Survival
The numbers pulse beneath the art, like a subway rumble under the streets of creation. $100,000 to live, to thrive, to burn your vision into the night sky. The road is winding, but it’s there, with 1000 small hands, 100 middle men, or 10 heavy hitters to get you to the promised land. Each sale a step, each stroke a breath.

And we march on.

I've spent the whole day brushing the final strokes on this canvas, the final breaths of a laborious meditation, a swirling ocean of color and form, now fully realized—this painting, finally finished, won't be buried back into storage. No, no, it will swim free, turning any room into a vast fish tank, a colossal aquarium of dreams. You, me, everyone within becomes a fish, gliding through the waters of this art—an expansive piece that can be hung as a single sweeping panorama or fragmented into its parts, each a window to its own universe.

I've dreamed of this work becoming a giant clockwork, a cosmic mechanism, where at the stroke of twelve, all pieces converge, creating a singular, unified image—a dance of hands and numbers, a visual symphony marking the passage of time. And yet, the question always rises like bubbles to the surface—what do the numbers 1, 2, 3 signify? They are a playful reminder of the myth that fish hold memories for only three seconds. These numbers serve as a gentle whisper to you, the viewer, a call to stay present, to remember: it's only the next three seconds that matter.

This piece is seeking a new home, a place to breathe and swim freely. Each panel measures 80 inches by 30 inches, and together, they span a massive 90 inches by 80 inches. A canvas ocean for a room, a meditative escape, a burst of liquid life on the wall. who will be the lucky person that will poses this work of art.

I am a dreamer of visions, a painter of my own dreams, and my wild, vivd dream world sometimes feels more real than this spinning, uncontrollable reality. I am driven, burning, compelled to pull those dreams from the ether and bring them crashing into being, a riot of color and form. I feel blessed beyond words to walk this path, to live this strange, beautiful life. But I know, too, that this journey is only possible because of you—because there are souls who see, who feel, who desire my art on their walls, their spaces, their sanctuaries. For all of you who have carried me this far, I thank you with every beat of my restless heart. And for those yet to come, who will hang my art on their walls and breathe life into my dreams—I cannot continue without you. You are the breath that fuels this fire, the dreamers who make this dream real.

I’m gonna sweat, and grind, unleash my restless hands to drag my art out from dusty storage crypts and onto your sacred walls, fill your spaces with color and truth, spill my soul in shapes and shades, paint my wild vision right into the heart of your room, beat back the silence with a riot of creation, until your walls scream with life, and my work finds its home in the echo of your gaze.

I would likely emphasize the shared experience between artist and audience, the urgency of creation, and the transformative power of art as a collective, almost spiritual endeavor. I would call on you the reader the viewer to recognize the significance of supporting my art and make it your art—not just as a transaction, but as a vital act of keeping the creative spirit alive and flourishing.

My studio has been quiet, too quiet—the silence heavy, waiting to be shattered. I call out to you, artists, art lovers, friends—this is an open invitation to come and break that silence. Let your presence fill the space, your energy fuel the fire. I work best when life hums around me, when the air is thick with creativity, conversation, and connection. Come, bring your voices, your laughter, your thoughts—let’s disrupt the stillness together, let’s create something alive. I guess I will have to throw more events.

**Why You Should Embrace This New Pricing Structure**

Step into the rhythm of fairness, where the price of art is no longer a distant star but a reflection of the shared pulse between creator and collector. This new structure is your doorway—an invitation to own a piece of the universe, not bound by the chains of inflated costs, but by the honest exchange of time and energy.

Why should you take advantage? Because this is art priced in truth—a price that acknowledges the sweat of the brow, the hours ticked away in pursuit of beauty. An hour of your life is an hour of mine; the canvas is the meeting place of our shared existence.

Whether you’ve walked with me before or are just beginning to trace the lines of my work, this is your moment. The price is no longer a barrier, but a bridge, crafted with care to ensure that you, too, can hold the spark of creation in your hands. This is more than a transaction; it’s a chance to invest in something real, something that resonates in the core of your being. The universe has offered this experiment—step forward, take what’s yours, and let the art speak to you.

**Fair Art Pricing: A Vision**

M x 2 + (H x S) = P

I stand before the cosmic wheel, turning, spiraling, rising with the value of my art—watching as it soars, struggling to keep it within reach of the many hands that seek to touch the pulse of creation. How do I make my art, my soul's expression, accessible without devaluing the golden threads woven by those who believed in me, who hold my work in sacred trust?

For years I wandered, lost in the labyrinth of pricing, my compass set by the size of the canvas, the inches that bound my creation. With each sale, I climbed the ladder, raising the price, believing that value lies in the ascent. But then, five years ago, the air grew thin—the peaks too high, the prices too steep. My art became a rare jewel, purchased only by the few who could afford the toll, while others stood at the gate, unable to enter the temple of my work.

So I pondered, I wept, I searched for a new path—seeking to bridge the chasm between worth and accessibility. And there it was, in the simplicity of numbers: M x 2 + (H x S) = P. Materials, the blood of the earth, doubled in their weight. Hours, the minutes of my life, multiplied by your wage, a fair exchange of time and energy, of breath and sweat. The price, not an arbitrary number, but a reflection, a mirror of what it took to bring forth the vision.

But beware, you titans of wealth, you corporations with coffers full, for you will not tread this path without paying the true cost. For you, the cut-off is $350 an hour—your golden hourglass dripping with the currency of privilege. And for those who struggle, who find themselves without work, I consider your last wage or the minimum heartbeat of Chicago’s streets—$16.75 an hour, the rhythm of survival.

This is my experiment, my offering to the world—through the end of the year, I will walk this road, and then, with eyes wide open, I will see what adjustments the universe demands.
