The museum was ecstatic to welcome Deep Purple lead singer Ian Gillan and his incredible assistant Sally to the Police Museum today. We swapped stories and remembered a wonderful Lady by the name of Mitzi Dupree, whose pingpong ball is on display in our halls.
Ian, thank you so much for your time, wonderful sense of humour and willingness to share the very best stories. I’ll not look at a buoy the same way again.
