Monumental Sculptural Seating

Art City’s shop cat 'Mau Mau' has officially approved SERPENT BENCH (which, in our opinion, is the highest standard of review).

SERPENT BENCH, carved from monumental chocolate flagstone and grounded in imperial blue granite, spans a length of 11 feet and weighs approximately 5,500 lbs.

Designed by Paul Lindhard, it merges functional seating with collectible art for spaces that treat landscape as architecture, branding, or art.

List price: $9,500

Art City’s latest creation is taking shape!

This 8-foot basalt shower, sculpted by Kevin Carman under the guidance of Paul Lindhard, is coming to life.

Basalt stone's formation begins in fire. Molten lava rises, cools slowly, and settles into dense, dark stone, formed by pressure and time, carrying the memory of volcanoes.

Art City takes this ancient material and gives it a new purpose. The same stone that once flowed like liquid fire is shaped into an 8' outdoor shower, where water now moves.

A meeting of elements: earth, fire, and water, reimagined for everyday life.

Nature decided to collaborate with a rogue sunflower that popped up beside the shower🌻😀

SOLD! 6-foot limestone fence post monolith.

This sculptural stones carries a unique piece of American history. Originally quarried in Kansas in the late 1800s, limestone was used by settlers as fence posts when timber was scarce on the plains. The piece tells a story shaped by time, land and necessity.

Durable, weathered, and naturally expressive, Limestone Fence Posts are often highly sought after as vertical elements in landscaping to add height, texture, and a grounded, natural presence to outdoor spaces.

Art City still has 3 incredible limestone monoliths available, ranging from 7' to 10' tall - currently on display & for sale at the Car Collector Vault in Santa Paula.

Meet 'Duke' 🐢

600 pounds of quiet strength, carved by Kevin Carman from Mojave tricolor marble- a stone that carries desert sunsets and ancient tides within its veins.

'Duke' emerges from his base as if drawn upward from the earth. His form rises from raw stone into a smooth, living presence, grounded in place and shaped with purpose.

Sculpted with patience, intention, and deep respect for the material, this piece captures the spirit of the Mojave- earthy, resilient, and undeniably alive.

The contrast between refined surface and raw foundation gives Duke a presence that is impossible to ignore.

A true statement piece. The kind that defines a space.
