Ti Arts: Downtown Gallery Ordinarily, Ti Arts @ Downtown Gallery is open year-round, Thu-Sat from 10am-4pm. Ticonderoga Arts, Inc. The gallery is completely staffed by volunteers.

It is a space for arts education, shows and events, and the sale of local artists' work. is dedicated to advancing artistic and cultural activities through education and interpretation and to promoting quality arts programming throughout the communities in our region and in the schools. One way we do that is through our art gallery, where we hold and host arts and cultural events and provide a ven

ue for local artists to sell their work. In this time of Covid and the Delta variant, wearing a facemask is required of everyone who is in the gallery. Thank you for helping to keep our community safe.

Create a flower arrangement which interprets
a piece of art at Ti Arts Downtown Gallery.

Use the line, color, composition, texture, mood, etc. ...
of the artwork to guide your arrangement design.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

VISIT THE GALLERY
between now and Sept 9 sign up.to participate (we are open 10-4, Wed-Sat).
select a piece of art from the member room or showroom (present show by Catherine Wagner Minnery)
write your name, contact info, and title of painting and artist you wish to interpret on sign-up sheet at the desk.
please do not select a piece of art that has already been chosen.

HELPFUL HINT
take a photo of selected painting(s) for inspiration/reference purposes
select flowers that can last for 3 days or more
hydrate flowers before arranging

PROCEEDURE
Select your plant materials (buy or pick)
Create your arrangement in a watertight container (this can be done at the gallery or home)
Deliver arrangement Wednesday, Sept 9 between 10-3.
Pick up arrangement Saturday the 12th between 3-4 or or Wed the 16th
Gallery will have a podium for arrangements, but you are welcome to bring your own set up.
Please bring a list of plant names. Visitors want to know the names of the flowers.
