Many thanks to the NYBG Gift Shop! We purchased a gift for my mother's birthday and it turned out to be defective. The shop staff was happy to do an exchange and walked me through the process of how to send the item back by mail. On Wednesday I dropped off the old item with UPS, and by Thursday afternoon the shop delivered the replacement item, gift wrapped, to my mother's home. It was amazingly fast and easy, and dealing with Margaret was such a pleasure. These little things matter, and we appreciate it!
