The Terre Haute Children’s Museum is a nonprofit institution dedicated to enriching our children’s lives through play and exploration of science, technology, engineering and math. ​​ Covering three floors and 26,000 square feet, the Terre Haute Children's Museum is a child-focused, hands-on science and technology museum. We offer a variety of interactive exhibits, including a two-story tree house,

a water table, an agriculture exhibit, a toddler zone and more. The Museum, 727 Wabash Ave., is located at the corner of 8th Street and Wabash Avenue in downtown Terre Haute. Regular museum admission is $9 for kids and adults age 2 and over. Admission is free for Museum members and children under the age of 2. The Museum is also a proud member of the Access Pass Program. Through this program, families who participate in qualifying assistance programs can visit for just $2 per family member per visit. Whoa!!!!! Today was cat-tastic!!!!! We had over 600 friends join us for Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days.

We did all sorts of fun activities including,

-dressed as our favorite character
-made our own cat ears
-got cat face painted
-decorated cake like Cakey Cat
-experimented like MerCat
-mastered a maze like RatCat
-danced like DJ Cat
-planted a seed like Fairy Cat
-invented and created like Baby Box

September 24, 2010 seems like yesterday but really we've been in the "new museum" for nearly two decades! It really is wild to think about.

𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿! We have events, a special look back over the years, a community challenge of $16 and so much more! And all the details are on this special link:
