9th & Thomas The Living Room of SLU ⚡️ The building is a dialogue about the connections between people and places, movement and urban form, nature and the city.

The Living Room of SLU ⚡️

Located at 234 9th Avenue N, 9th & Thomas is a center of community and activity in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood – one part boutique office building, one part gathering spot. It’s a place you can work, relax, and commune over good coffee, great art and an inspiring environment. Home to EVOKE Cafe Bar, Jack’s BBQ, Thomas Street Warehouse, and Fine Studio, 9th & Thomas also hosts pop ups in our HQ3 storefront retail space and artists-in-residence in our lobby. Our lobby meets living room is open to the public (dogs welcome) weekdays from 7am to 6pm and weekends 8am to 4pm.

On October 28th, celebrate spooky season at 9th & Thomas with a FREE showing of the classic Halloween movie, The Craft, in The Living Room with LIVE soundtrack from . Hosted by , doors open at 6:30pm and the movie starts at 7pm 🧙‍♀️🔮

Cross-Faded Cinema brings remixed and synchronized soundtracks to cult classic films, performed LIVE in theater on two turntables, bringing an extra spooky vibe to the viewer experience.

Dress up your furry friend and join us for our annual Halloween Pet Photoshoot benefiting PAWS animal rescue!

“Butter Bandit Bakery is a Q***r, Filipino-owned small-scale bakery in Seattle, WA. We do simple desserts that you all know and love - particularly cookies and rice crispy treats. But I’m a fan of genre mashup and subverting expectations - instead of classic American flavors, you’ll find lots of spice, salt, and silliness inspired by Asian flavors, farmer’s market finds, and whatever nonsense my brain cells come up with.”
