Over the past year, I have participated in art exhibitions in Palm Beach, Los Angeles and Albany as well as in Rome, Salvador, Bahia, and Cairo. My work was also featured in the Ancestral Afro Americas Exhibition, the largest Brazilian Exhibition of Afro-descendants in the Americas---spanning spanning São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, and Brasília.

The culmination of these experiences have inspired a sense of renewal within me, along with a desire to return to my Western New York roots and share my art in a place and space where I have never before exhibited.

Thats why, I am pleased to announce my upcoming exhibition, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫, at Artisan Works in Rochester, NY.

Opening Sunday, November 15, 2026, and continuing through Friday, January 15, 2027, this exhibition will feature many of my newest works along with some of my favorites.

Displaying my paintings within the imaginative space of Artisan Works will be a celebration of color as a force of renewal—a reflection of the renewed energy in my artist’s soul. I look forward to sharing the experience with you all.

Co-founder of ARTISANworks, visionary, and a personality larger than life, Louis brought an unmistakable spirit of creativity, humor, and imagination to everything he touched.

Louis may have left us in 2024, but his energy lives on in every corner of ARTISANworks.

Some people create art. Louis created an entire world around it.

And what a world it is.

It all began with two people, one shared vision, and a belief that art could bring people together in extraordinary ways.

ARTISANworks founders Louis Perticone and Kimberly Trenholm set out to create a place where imagination had no limits, creativity was celebrated, and everyone was welcome.

What began as their vision has grown into something extraordinary, thanks to the thousands of people who have become part of the ARTISANworks story.

Today, we celebrate 10,000 followers and the community that continues to inspire us.

To everyone who has visited, explored, celebrated, created, supported, and followed along — thank you!

Louis’s spirit remains at the heart of ARTISANworks, and the adventure he and Kimberly began continues.
