Igbo Wealth Necklace.
Wealth. Status. Presence.
A necklace not merely won - but understood!
Composed of agates, jigida (coconut) beads, and hand cut elements, this piece reflects a visual language of abundance and high status. Metal elements- cast and shaped by hand- anchor the composition, introducing weight, authority, and permanence.
Among the Igbo, adornment has long signaled more than beauty- it conveys status, achievement, and social presence. A work that bridges material and meaning.

Kuba textile, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Material and rhythm! Mysterious and elegant!
Kuba textiles are among the most celebrated artistic traditions of Central Africa. Woven from raffia palm fiber, then cut, stitched, and embroidered, each composition reflects individual creativity within a shared visual language.
Historically, these works embodied, social, political, and spiritual meanings, and were created collaboratively with family and clan groups. Collected and studied by institutions such as, the Smithsonian and Brooklyn Museum, Kuba textiles continue to inspire collectors and designers alike.

Some works do not fill a space! They define it!
The Fang Ngil mask carries a presence that reshapes its environment - austere, vertical, uncompromising!
Observe the restraint. The narrow slit eyes do not invite, they assess. The mouth is composed, controlled, and deliberate. It was not created to charm, but to confront. Its power lies in what it withholds. Quiet force endures longer than spectacle!
In a contemporary interior, its disciplined form reads as sculptural minimalism. In any setting, it retains its authority. Now available.
