New Bedford Fire Museum

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget 🇺🇸

Today, the New Bedford Fire Museum joins our community and our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice while answering the call, along with all of the first responders and innocent lives lost that day.

Their courage, service, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

As a fire museum, we are especially proud to preserve and share the history of the fire service and to ensure that future generations understand what it means to answer the call even in the face of unimaginable danger.
