🪩🦋‼️NEW STAFF ALERT‼️🦋🪩

Live Yes Studios is proud to add Kat Morrow and Rachel Clarke to the studio crew as new art instructors!

🦋Kat Morrow is a painter and printmaker from Lincoln, Nebraska. They graduated from UNL with a BFA in Painting/Printmaking in 2024. Since graduation they have been working at Gomez Art Supply and interning at Tugboat Gallery since 2024 as well as creating art programs at Cedar Point Biological Station. When they aren’t working Kat enjoys painting, watching bad movies with her husband and friends, and napping with her two cats, Doug and Kevin, and her dog, Patrick.

🦋Rachel Clarke is an interdisciplinary artist working with methods of painting, drawing, photography and
textiles to create immersive installations. For Rachel, the excitement in art making comes from
material exploration and appreciates any opportunity to share that excitement with others! Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, she discovered a love for craft and arts from a young age. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in drawing from the University of Northern Iowa in 2020. She received her Master of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in
painting and sculpture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2026. Her work has been
exhibited regionally in the United States. Outside of art making, Rachel loves spending time in nature, crocheting and watching reality tv. No matter where you see her, she will have a coffee or tea drink in hand!

Please join us in welcoming Kat and Rachel to LYS! 🪩

Every artist deserves the opportunity to create, connect, and thrive.

That's why the Cooper Foundation was pleased to award $20,000 to Live Yes Studio this June. As Nebraska's only progressive art studio for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Live Yes supports 43 artists, provides more than 700 free arts classes annually, and creates meaningful opportunities for artists to learn, exhibit, and earn income from their work.
📅 Join Live Yes for First Friday on September 4 and experience the impact of their work firsthand.
