Ashley is our General Manager and has officially been with Country Places for eleven years.

Ashley proudly calls Union County, Tennessee, home, where she lives with her husband, their three children, and their miniature long-haired Dachshund, Scout. She was raised in nearby Sharps Chapel on her family’s 70-acre cattle farm, where she learned the value of hard work, faith, and a deep appreciation for the land. Growing up in the hills of East Tennessee gave her a lifelong love for country living and the belief that there’s nothing quite like owning a piece of God’s creation to call your own.

Before joining Country Places, Ashley spent five years in traditional loan financing, helping families navigate the home lending process. That experience, paired with more than a decade in the land business, gives her a well-rounded understanding of real estate and allows her to guide customers through every step of purchasing property with confidence and care.

Ashley was naturally drawn to Country Places because of its mission to make land ownership possible through owner financing.
