Welcome to a gathering of 100 automobiles that celebrates the evolution and art of the automobile and its role in our lives and culture. Addmisson: $12 adults; $10 seniors (60+) and military; $8 for groups of 15 or more, $8 juniors (ages 6-12); free for kids 5 and under. OUR MUSEUM:
The catalyst for our museum was the donation of 130 automobiles from Bernie and Janice Taulborg in 2011. The Taulbo
rg Collection represented more than four decades of acquiring and restoring vintage vehicles of diverse styles. The museum has added many additional vehicles through generous donations from other owners, and it is these vehicles that create our permanent collection. In addition to our permanent collection, we typically display approximately 60 vehicles that are on loan to the museum from their generous owners. This group is regularly changing and evolving and will ensure a fresh display each time you visit the museum. Our collections and facility are cared for and maintained primarily by our wonderful team of volunteers, and we are supported partially by donations from giving friends and benefactors, and also through our Friends of the Museum program. OUR MISSION:
The goal of our museum is to present an entertaining and artful perspective of the major role that the automobile has played in our history, culture, industry and innovation, and its relationship to us all. You will find displayed along with our vehicles authentic vignettes, a 1950’s gas station, a Drive-In Theater, and lots of nostalgia.
